If you find a factual error, outdated claim, broken link, or unclear safety statement, please tell us.
What to include in a report
Send reports to contact@thedefensemindset.com. Include enough detail to locate the issue and understand the reason for your concern:
- The full URL of the page containing the issue.
- The specific passage, heading, or link you are reporting.
- An explanation of what appears incorrect, outdated, or unclear.
- Any supporting context or source link, including its date and jurisdiction when relevant.
For example, a broken-link report can identify the article URL, the link's visible label, and the destination that no longer opens. A factual report can quote the sentence at issue and point to the source that supports a correction.
What happens next
We will review reports and correct material when warranted. Corrections may be reflected in the article text and review framing. Providing a precise passage and relevant context helps us assess the issue; submitting a report does not by itself establish that the claim is incorrect.
Reading dates and sources
An updated date records an editorial change. It does not mean that a guide has received medical, legal, or other professional review. Where a source addresses a particular country or jurisdiction, include that context so its relevance can be assessed.
Our editorial approach explains the publication's scope, source use, and limits. For questions about personal information in correspondence, see our privacy policy. Avoid including passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in a report.
