Essential services and storage

Cloudflare delivers and protects the site. Restricted administrator sign-in uses Neon Auth session cookies. Public readers do not need an account. These services are separate from the optional analytics choice below.

After you choose a setting, we save tdm-privacy-v1 in this browser's local storage. It contains the preference version, your analytics choice, and the time saved. It has no advertising consent or unique visitor identifier. We treat it as valid for 180 days; the saved value remains on your device until replaced or removed. A later visit after expiration asks you again.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and loading performance without analytics cookies. Its browser script stays off until you allow it. We do not enable it on administrator pages, pages with query strings, or non-production previews. See Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Your preferences

Optional analytics is off until a saved permission is checked.

Essential site services remain available with this option off. Global Privacy Control, when enabled in your browser, keeps optional analytics off.

Change or withdraw your choice

Return using “Privacy choices” in the footer. Turn off analytics and save, or select “Reject optional analytics”. Saving reloads the page to apply the choice and stop the current analytics script when you withdraw permission. This affects future measurement and does not undo information already sent. Choices apply to this browser and website origin; another browser or cleared storage requires a new choice.

If storage is blocked, we cannot remember a new setting and show an error. You can control site storage through your browser. External links and Google Fonts involve requests to other providers; this analytics setting does not control those requests. Read our privacy policy for details.

Advertising choices

Google AdSense is not installed. The preferences on this page cover our optional analytics only. Before advertising is enabled, we will introduce the applicable advertising disclosures and consent controls, including a Google-certified consent platform for personalized ads to visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland. Your analytics choice is never treated as permission for advertising.
